Digitalization: the future of communication in pension plans?

The numerous questions about pension plans raised by the recent vote on the LPP reform once again demonstrate the importance of communication in the area of the second pillar. In this context, it is clear that pension institutions have an important responsibility and a key role to play in promoting a better understanding of this complex subject, which is often misunderstood by insureds. So how does the FCT group respond to this need for communication? We asked Aleksandra Simic, a graduate in Management from HEC Lausanne who has been working for the FCT group for 10 years as a Key Account Manager, for whom informing, advising and supporting her clients and insureds is at the heart of her job.
